We got insurance with this company and 14 months later a doctor recommended surgery. The policy was re underwritten and the policy was withdrawn. They liked our money but didn’t want to spend it. Shame

I don't recommend to anyone this Insurance. They are charlatans . Just take your money and doesn't give back anything. I payed 7 months I made only once some analysis and when I went to take the results , I found out that I'm not anymore their client . No results ,no explanations. Ok, I understand they don't like me, than I want my money back. This will fix my lawyer ,of course.

I like it. It is well located to reach by public transport. I have been treated in ophthalmology, dermatology, general surgery... And all the professionals are good. The last doctor was the pulmonology doctor who was an hour late but it was due to accumulation. Let's see, if the patient in front takes 10 minutes and the one behind takes 15, if you add up, it took me an hour at the end. But he treated me very well so the wait was worth it. The only thing I don't like is the access via stairs, although today I learned that if you need to take the elevator right at the entrance of the same building there is a sign that says ADESLAS, you call as indicated and they will open the door for you to access the elevator. The analytics are very slow but the girls are polite and kind.
